Use on pasta, sandwiches, soups, salads, eggs, pancakes, brownies, or as an ice cream topping. Or pop a handful of kernels in your mouth for a quick salt fix. It's a novelty spice but once you have it, you'll want to use it.

Ingredients: Bacon (Cured with Water, Salt, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite. May also contain smoke flavoring, sugar, dextrose, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, potassium chloride, flavoring) & Hawaiian Black Charcoal Sea Salt.

We use Hawaiian black charcoal sea salt harvested using the traditional method of solar evaporation. Salt crystals trap minerals when they form. Hawaiian lava salt is infused with activated coconut shell charcoal giving it its dark color and smoky flavor. Serves as an antioxidant and increases digestive health.
